MY EXPERIENCE 
My experience was good in this class.At the beginning of the class, i thought i can't gain/learn anything from this sub and this was very dry sub.But as the sessions going on enthu started developing and at the end of the course, i am happy as i learned something.

APPLICATION
 I am started applying the concepts time management and perception in my life.Time management useful in doing things as per my plan of the day, and perception, is useful to understanding others(as we predict others as if we are, and not as if  others, i am just checking, am i understood the others in wrong manner).

COURSE EFFECT
 This course brings a very small change, but very important(as climbing a very big mountain will start with a single step). As i am going to work in L&T after two years, i want to initialize leadership skills, time management, personality(to understand others and behave accordingly), motivation(as it is important in the field work, to motivate labor).

MY TAKE AWAY
 My take away from the class is loosing shy to present something in front of others and thinking with optimism and know what i am more clearly after this session and some of the good as well as bad things told my our friends about me helped a lot and i am very thankful to the valuable suggestions given by our friends. And after decision making session, i am very happy as the decisions (very crucial for my life as well as to my family) taken by me  till now independently are right and the way i have taken and thinking about the alternatives in have considered, everything was satisfactory.

MY FAVORITE 
My favorite topics are leadership skills,group dynamics,team work,perception and personality. Among all of these, i like leadership skills a lot. The one not so favorite is motivation.

MY SUGGESTIONS
 Mam, from my experience in the class, i can suggest like induct the classes in open air(i know there is an problem in playing videos, you can share videos what ever you want to play in class and ask students to bring laptops), because exposing to fresh air will be added advantage, and i am experienced this, this is the only class i have listened to you all the time, in remaining i am destructed and it is very difficult to gain concentration once if u lose.Try to conduct classes from the start of the semester, so that there is sufficient time to complete whatever you want to complete as we are very hurry in the last.One more thing is that the guest lecture arranged by you was good and try to arrange more if possible, as we expose to practical exposure.Course contents are enough and no need to add/delete the contents.
